According to Wikipedia, the current width of the canal locks is 33.5 m and the length is 320 m.   The length of the Norwegian Cruise Lines ship Jewel is 105 feet wide (32 m) and 965 feet long (295 m) ...  but look at the dimensions of the Oasis of the Seas (at the end of this article)....

Here is a quote from Wikipedia's article about the Canal:

=================
Third set of locks project
Main article: Panama Canal expansion project
Current size:  the locks were constructed to a width of 33.53 meters
(110.0 ft). Each lock is 320 meters (1,000 ft) long.

The current plan is for two new flights of locks to be built.... The new lock chambers  will be 427 meters (1,400 ft) long, 55 meters (180 ft) wide, and 18.3 meters (60 ft) deep; this will allow the transit of vessels with a beam of up to 49 meters (160 ft), an overall length of up to 366 meters (1,200 ft) and a draft of up to 15 meters (50 ft).
